A proven Managing Director with over 25 years of experience, an inspirational leader with a proven track record in the food and beverage industry across Europe, Africa and Asia.

Over the last 23 years, he has held a number of Managing Director positions in Romania, Nigeria, Baltic Region, Poland and Japan. He holds a Bachelor degree in Thermic Machines from Polytechnic Institute in Timisoara.
As Chairman of the board for Estonian Deposit Organisation –EPP, Dan was one of the founding members, which shaped this company as one of the most efficient deposit system in Europe.
With extensive P&L and people management responsibility, Dan’s leadership strengths are in building results-oriented, multicultural and cross-functional teams that win in the marketplace and are highly engaged in their work.
SEAN CUNIAL
A proven General Manager with over 20 years of experience, Sean Cunial has extensive operational experience across Asia, Australia and the UK.

Over the last 10 years, he has held a number of senior executive roles with The CocaCola Company in Indonesia, the Philippines and Japan.
Sean has held various marketing, commercial and customer management roles during his 18 year career at CocaCola. Sean holds a Masters degree in International Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney as well as a Bachelors degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Sydney. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Sean is a tenacious inspirational leader with an extensive P&L and people management experience. Sean particular leadership strengths are in building resultsoriented, multicultural and crossfunctional teams that win in the marketplace.
